Study On Construction Of Archival Information Resources Abased On Bpm

Archival informatization is a systematic project which its core is the construction of archival information resources and the key is for the achievement of the archival information resources. The administration and work efficiency effect directly the quality of the construction in that the archives are charge with main construction works. To strengthen the administration efficiency is the ultimate guarantee for te target of the construction. BPM(business process management) has been used extensively because of its advanced idea and fruitful technique which constantly improve with emergence of MIS (management information system) and integrating technique.The significance and stratagem is to coordinate the resources for assembly supply, to elevate fast response for customer requirement, to reduce the cost and promote the products and survices.The aim is in accordance with the demand of archival information resources. The target of archival information resources construction is to succeed construction together and sharing and objectively need integrating inner and outer resourses,as to maximize the constructive benefit. Meanwhile, there is a requirement for reducing the cost and risk during the constrution process as possible as we can. Coupling between the stratage of BPM and requirement of the construction indicates that the constrution of archival information resources has its basis for process management. Besides, national informatization privides the reality and technique, and the BPM is needed on account of lack order in links of the construction, enormous waste in constructive resources; low efficiency with intricate management; lack of uniform standards and poor sharing in resources; lack of a general system to evaluate and difficult to testify for quality. Therefore,to work with a effective management theory an tool to control the construction is a useful practice to perfect the theory of archives management and improve the construction quality. For this purpose, this paper introduces BPM for another discussion in order to build dynamic management during the evolution process of archival information construction timely bettering the method and quality of the construction for sharing in archival information.This paper discussed the basic idea, the necessity of BPM for archival information construction and the deficiency in management. Simultaneously, introduced the circumstances and solutions to BPM of archival information construction of A city in practice.
