On The Related Issues Of Network Archival Information Resources

In this modem information society with highly developed Internet, network information resources have become an important source of information. Network archival information resources and traditional information resources of archives both belong to the same components of social and historical cultural heritage and social memory, and have the unique value and status different from general information resources (including general network information resources). This paper focuses on the related issues of network archival information resources, and consists of four parts.Part one is research retrospect. It reviews the research status and history on the topic of network archival information resources, and points out the value, significance and research methodologies of the research topic.Part two is research on the capture and archiving of network archival information resources. It analyses the necessity of capturing and archiving network information resources, and elaborates its responsibilities, scope, timing, requirements and methods of archiving.Part three introduces a special network archival information resources——webblog's definition, development history and status quo, nature and function, and expounds on the need to archive and preserve it , as well as how to effectively preserved.
