| Social media is the new form of information dissemination and information exchange under the wave of Internet.With its interactive,real-time,and convenient features,it has become the main channel for information acquisition and information exchange.Archive departments,as the social memory storage and public information service provider,are the important topic in the research of archive information services on how to deal with archive information preservation and information services under the influence of social media.Since the first year of the government affair micro-blog in 2011,the public sector of governments have gradually realized that micro-blog play the important role in governance and propaganda,such as the sector of public security,culture and propaganda have used micro-blog to make up for short board in public services and improve service efficiency,and this effort has won the public recognition.Public archives,as one of the most traditional information service departments,have the earliest start in domestic during the process of using micro-blog to carry out archives information services.However,the development trend is slow;there are still lots of obstacles and bottlenecks in the process of service model and content innovation.In the face of the rapid substitution of traditional services by internet and the highly freedom degree of social media,how to fully utilize the dominant position in the field of user interaction and information dissemination while maintaining the basic function and structure of archive institution?This conundrum is a problem that needs to be solved urgently.But before that,grape and recognize the current status of domestic public archives micro-blog information service and the structure of micro-blog network and micro-blog network node,are the prerequisite for solving aforementioned question.Thus,this paper takes the public archives micro-blog as the research object,then analysis and evaluates the status and characteristics of domestic micro-blog information service of public archives,through the method of traversing the public archives user data which pass the official certified on the Sina micro-blog.It provides factual basis and conclusion reference for the follow-up research on public archives information service.This article,firstly,clarified the basic concepts,which based on the summarizing domestic and foreign literature research,and discusses the necessity of micro-blog functions and public archives micro-blog information service.Secondly,data collection and cleaning are used to obtain the official micro-blog information of public archives on the Sina platform.The basic features of micro-blog in public archives are analyzed in terms of subject area,creation time,attention,activity,and content.Thirdly,based on the perspective of Micro-blog's attention relationship,the UCINET,which is one of social network analysis tools,was used to draw the social network map,then,analysis the centrality of the network nodes and the subgroups structure of the whole network,in order to reveal the overall structural characteristic of the network and the characteristics of individual network node members.Fourthly,union the same set in the above analysis to find the central nodes in the micro-blog network.Finally,based on the analysis conclusions,we make suggestions on the key directions for improving the micro-blog information service of public archives. |
