With the advent of the Internet era,the network public opinion has become a barometer of public opinion.As one of the very popular in recent years the social networking platform,the micro-blog has such advantages which are its timeliness of propagation,content of autonomy,and friendly interaction.Not only it becomes the platform for the majority of users of information communication and knowledge sharing,but also it develops into a center of network public opinion.Among them,the genetically modified has been one of the hot topics on micro-blog.As a new technology and new industry,the transgenic technology has a very broad prospects for development.To seize the high ground of GM technology is one of China's science and technology development strategy,but at present our country transgenic field research and promotion is limited by many factors.One of the most prominent is the public doubts on the safety problem of transgenic.Many Internet users has been participating in the discussion of genetically modified by micro-blog,and now GM public opinion on the micro-blog is in full swing.Therefore,to explore the transgenic public opinion on the micro-blog has the certain significance.Firstly,this paper reviews the relevant literature on the network public opinion and micro-blog public opinion,and comparative the domestic and foreign research progress and characteristics,and put forward some theoretical exploration;(1)Whether the transmission of the micro-blog is consistent with the characteristics of complex social networks,(2)whether the social network analysis method can reflect the characteristics of the public opinion of micro-blog,(3)whether the social network analysis method can reveal the evolution of micro-blog public opinion.Then in transgenic network public opinion as an example,it analysis the present situation and characteristics.It makes use of the web crawler to data mining for the microblogging on Sina Weibo containing GM,and gets 2700348 micro-blog which be of "genetically modified,from August 2009 to the end of 2014.And it has been constructing and forwarding the relationship network according to the obtained micro-blog user data,in which the entire relationship network has 363640 micro-blog users to participate in the transfer of the micro-blog on GM.And then through the Pajek it carries on the whole network analysis,the individual network analysis and the condensing subgroup analysis to the forwarding relationship network.And combined with the views of the leader of the number of fans,micro-blog has been forwarded times and daily activity,and their identity and the attitude of micro-blog,as well as at different time point in development and change,to further analysis their influence and appeal in the propagation of transgenic public opinion.Finally,according to empirical study it concludes that social network analysis methods are adapted in the micro-blog public opinion dissemination.Based on the dynamic perspective,this paper makes use of the social network analysis method to analyze the micro-blog of GM public opinion,by extracting micro-blog opinion leaders.Finally,we get the following conclusions:(1)the dissemination of the micro-blog on transgenic public opinion is of the characteristics of the complex social networks which small world and scale free;(2)the social network analysis method can reflect the characteristics of the spread of micro-blog public opinion;(3)the social network analysis method can reveal the evolution of micro-blog public opinion.From this,we can know that in the process of the spread of micro-blog public opinion,it makes use the various indicators of social network analysis to the forwarding relationship network which constructed by micro-blog users,it can not only identify the opinion leaders,but also can be found that in recent years their changes in the process of the spread of genetically modified public opinion.
