Research On The Participatory Archives Information Service Based On Social Media

In the digital age,participation has become a core concept in the field of archives research.Social media,with its interactive,open,and sharing characteristics,provides the possibility for the archives department to widely mobilize social forces and guide the public to participate in archive affairs.The rise of social media has not only changed the concept,content,and methods of archive information services,but also provided space for the public who want to change the status quo of services.The establishment of a two-way interactive and collaborative network platform through social media to guide the participation of the whole people is of great significance for sharing the achievements of archives construction and opening up new areas for the archives information service industry.Social media is an effective channel to enhance the public's right to speak.The current practice of social media information archival management confirms the advancement of archival socialization and the continuous expansion of rich performance dimensions,providing directions and ideas for the construction of a participatory archival information service model.Participatory archival information services under the social media environment present not only digital archival information resources,but also socialized participation media and linked participants.Furthermore,social media not only provides society for the socialization of archives.Space has built a dynamic information resource database and promoted the depth and breadth of archive information services.With the continuous advancement of participatory archival information services and the deepening of cooperation and trust between archival departments and the public,all archives can further explore their own collections and resources,and more partners can form an open and inclusive relationship.The cooperation model can promote the public to actively participate in the archival business,thereby enhancing the influence and service level of archival information services.This article starts from the realization conditions of the participatory archives information service model,combined with the typical cases of participatory projects of archives at home and abroad,summarizes several practical modes of participatory archives information service in the social media environment,namely,contribution-based participation and collaborative participation.And shared participation model.On the basis of combing and analyzing the status quo of participatory services of domestic archives,it summarizes the current problems of archives in the open use of archives,archive resource development,participation and sharing mechanism,and archive information security.For this,the author puts forward corresponding strategies from the aspects of policy system,resource construction,participation and cooperation,and security assurance.Corresponding strategies are proposed at the collaboration level,hoping to provide a useful reference for the research on participatory archive information services.
