Especially,the emergence of micro-blog has made the network featuring prominently as its openness, interaction and low cost,these features increase the enthusiasm of the social individual to participate in public affairs. At the same time, The anonymity and universality of the network also make the content of individual creation more difficult to control, and even lead to mass incidents?It may lead a greater threat to the stability of the country and social stability. Therefore, in-depth study of the network public opinion information dissemination structure and communication model based on micro-blog's public opinion field, has not only had academic research value, but also provided new idea for the government to better deal with the emergency network public opinion.This paper takes the "8 / 12 Tianjin coastal explosion accident" in August 12, 2015 as an example, through the use of social network analyze in-depth study information on emergencies in the micro-blog network overall information communication structure and mode and identifying the key nodes in the network to explore the issue of the communication structure, core users' micro-blog information and so on. On the basis of constructing the "forward relationship network diagram", the social network analysis software Ucinet is used to generate the flow of information flow visualization.
