Dun huang ancient scripts as a powerful and strong historical relic,it serves as a proof for academic rigorous.On a certain level,it contains the power of sheding an light on undiscovered fields.the Dunhuang ancient scripts began during the 5B.C-6 B.C.This article is divided into four sections as script-centered and Dunguang scripts as reference.In the first section,it includes the introduction and development of P.T 1071,as well as the definition of"punishment for criminal" and categories of(?).In the second section,it mainly states the"punishment for criminal"((?))in reality and the characteristics of "punishment for criminal"((?))summarized in five aspects.In the third section,"punishment for criminal"((?))is separated into eight parts based on classes and social statusdisparities,using the corresponding characteristics to clarify the social environment.With the difference between individual reputation and social status,the price of "punishment for criminal"((?))fluctuates between one million to ten million.In the fourth section,it mainly introduces the laws and the process of "punishment for criminal"((?))in different dynasties,from Sakya pa to Pakdrupa from Tsangba pa to Pakdrubpa and Gaden Pudrang With a pinpoint comparison with P.T 1071,and my own thoughts towards "punishment for criminal"((?))...
