"We media" is the core issue in the field of news dissemination in China in recent years.Sina Weibo has become a representative platform of we media for its features of democratization,fragmentation,and strong interactivity."Public opinion on Weibo " is the mapping of Internet public opinion on the Weibo platform.It is the expression of opinions,emotions,and attitudes of the Weibo audience for social livelihood hot events.It is also a microcosm of the society's reaction on social hot events.On the Weibo platform,the audience has always paid close attention to the social livelihood hot events.This kind of event as the special type affects the public opinion dissemination mechanism of Weibo.During the process of spreading,the social livelihood hot event has its unique transmission characteristics lead to its unique propagation law.This law has played a positive role in promoting the development of Weibo's public opinion and the final settlement of social livelihood hot events.However,there are undoubtedly many problems which added difficulties to the healthy development of the Weibo's public opinion field.This paper puts the macro issue of the public opinion of social livelihood hot events in the frame of Weibo to explore the dissemination characters and laws of social livelihood hot events onWeibo,then find out the problems which should be solved.This article uses the theories of public opinion and combines the perspective of journalism to study the public opinion transmission of social livelihood hot events onWeibo.Based on the discussion of social hot issues,the paper analyzes the uniqueness of social livelihood hot events,sorts out what kind of laws these hot events have and sums up its unique characteristics.The article took the case of " the girl attacked in Beijing Heyi hotel" and the case of " child abuse in red yellow blue kindergarten " as examples,and put the development of the public opinion of the two cases into the framework of the dissemination law of the social livelihood events proposed in this article,based on above two typical social hot events of the people's livelihood case analysis to verify the paper for social hot spot characteristics and law of people's livelihood event specific theoretical basis of the summary is correct.On this basis,we analyze the problems that the social livelihood hot events have in the dissemination of public opinion on Weibo,in the final part of the article,we use two angles,guiding the audience and completing the management of the relevant system to solve the problems,in order to create a healthy Weibo platform,let the spread of new media in the public opinion plays its positive effect and value in the process,to provide comfort and convenience of public opinion environment.
