Guangdong Student Information Collection System

With the development of Internet technology and information technology,more and more attention has been paid to the modernization and informationization of education.And education informational management is considered to be the top priority of education management.Since the first semester of 2012,the national primary and secondary school students' information management system start national networking trial run.For each of our students,this system establishes a national,unique,lifelong number and individual student status information,so as to solve the problem of isolated islands of student enrollment status information in different provinces.However,a series of new problems appeared.School code change,school name change cannot be synchronized in time,special household registration leads to troubled household registration and so on,all these problems have brought great inconvenience to the grass-roots work.In this paper,through the study and analysis of the existing problems,I strive to provide a suitable solution for the school management system.So here the Guangdong student information acquisition system comes.Guangdong student information acquisition system is like an auxiliary widget for the national primary and secondary school students' information management system.Based on the Guangdong student information acquisition system,this paper will combine the data feature of national primary and secondary school students enrollment status information management system and the actual needs in Guangdong province,so as to form a feasible development project model.This paper is committed to develop a scalable system that can meet the needs of Guangdong student enrollment status management informationization.After the pre-survey of the construction of the electronic enrollment status system and the actual use of Guangdong,I carried out the project needs analysis and put forward the problems existing in the use of the national system in Guangdong province.Also,Aiming at these problems,a feasible solution is designed.In the design of the system,the enrollment status information collection system is a JAVA Web project.Its background is using Tomcat Web server and My SQL database and backend framework design is using the Spring DAO concept.This system mainly includes five function modules,they are school level change,student enrollment status supplement,inter provincial overtime business report,school name change and user management.The system provides a powerful assistant and support for the practical application of the national enrollment status information system in Guangdong.
