Design And Development Of Student Status Management System In Colleges And Uiversities

The application of modern automatic office tools such as students status management system to improve the daily management has become an important part of the information construction in universities. With the rapid development of modern society, the university students status management has become an important symbol of the modern school office work, and actually the student status management is that by using the advanced technology, the school office workers can shorten the daily working time, simplify the office procedure, minimize the mistakes and improve the working quality.In this article, the author combines with years of educational teaching experience, in which first of all it expounds the task of requirements and the significance of the subject, and then the functional and non-functional requirements of the system are divided into two parts in detail. At the same time, it measures the hardware conditions and development technology comprehensively which is needed by the development of the student status management system of ordinary university student. Finally, the decision on adopting the JAVA + SQL 2005 is made to develop the student status management system. During the specific process of design, the student status management system which we research on is divided into six functional modules, including, a new graduate registration module, the academic year registration module, information check module, file management module, system setting module and information module. In specific development, the system chooses the model based on J2 EE system architecture which exists, What’s more, application framework is built in the way of Web. Besides,we not only use Java technology to develop the application service but also use My SQL as a database management system. Combine the application and the database on the server, use Hibernate + JSP + Spring + struts 2. X to build, realize the optimization of input, query, modify of database design using MVC technology and achieve the effect of enriching the page with AJAX technology. In the practical operation, firstly describe the main functional modules specifically, secondly draw a flow chart, then give the concrete operating interface and the realization of the function of the code, finally discuss the database of the system and the safety design in detail.In this paper, the fifth chapter is to test the system upon completion of the system design, including compatibility test, function test, user interface testing and unit testing. Test results show that this system can meet the requirements of the ordinary university student, such as student status management system friendly interface, easy operation, being practical, flexible, and security. with the realization of various functions at the same time, all the data before and after the logic relations have reached an agreement and complete, which has played a very good supporting role to the school teaching work and daily management.
