The Designation And Development Of Enrollment Status Management System Based On ASP

With the development of science and technology, as an effective tool, computers are playing an increasingly important role in every aspect of the human society. The development of higher education and the increasing number of students in universities has made student management more complicated. For example, with a few semesters passing by, there has been a huge amount of information such as the school report, the school curriculum, family status and personal data, etc. Thus it isn't easy to inquire, add and modify the above-mentioned information. The Students Management Information System is aimed to improve both efficiency of work and level of work. For the time being, school management system, aided by the computer in more and more universities is a typical example of computer application and management. Based on B/S structure, student management system facilitates the school management and helps implement electronic office work, which can greatly improve the efficiency of teachers. Computer database technology is exerted in student information input, modification, query, deletion and other basic operations. And it is far more efficient than to work with VFP database management. Based on the ASP platform and Access database, this paper is on the design of the student management system used to achieve student information query, the school report of each term, family status inquiry with some functions of administrator, which will help the student management.This paper is on the design and development of Student Management System, which, from an economic point of view, is an important part of management of teaching and environmental construction improvement and involves all aspects of school management. The improvement of school management can raise the level of all aspects of school improvement. Getting free from the daily chores and saving time ,the teachers will be able to have more time to do some other work, which helps to greatly improve the working capacity of the staff. From a technical point of view, the student management helps the releasing of student information, skimming, inquiry, modification, adding, and so on; through the network management, dynamic management of the students, basic information management are getting more and more scientific and systematic; through school management, the school provides a better individual work platform.The system includes many parts: the development of front-end application program, dynamic web page and establishment and maintenance of database. The former requires the complete module of application program, convenient query entry and should be easy to use, while the latter requires the establishment of database with data consistency, integrity and security. The administrator is responsible for the data maintenance and registration of new classes.To complete the design and development of this system is to provide schools with school management featured by network and information. The convenient system will improve work efficiency of the policy makers and managers and provide the students with adequate information and fast inquiry. Student enrollment management system is an indispensable part of educational institutions.
