The development of electronic products has put forward new requirements for packaging technology,the glue dispenser is a device that specializes in surface mounting and integrated circuit encapsulation.The principle of its working is to use the numerical control technology of Multi Axis axis to accurately control the amount of glue out of glue,so that the required glue is squeezed to the substrate.The technology requires a large number of numerical control principles and control technologies,which is an important branch of China's industrial automation.The glue dot technology is still in the stage of development in our country,and there are still some shortcomings in this field,this article proposes an optimization and improvement method for these deficiencies,aiming to improve the accuracy and accuracy of the dispensing equipment.According to the current research status of glue technology,this paper selects the traditional peristaltic glue machine as the research object.The optimization of the glue around the continuous track and the deployment of the man-machine interface enabled the successful implementation of precise glue control and a good operator interface in the continuous dispensing track process.The specific research contents are as follows:Starting from the working principle and structure of the peristaltic pump,the factors that affect the flow of the pump have been analyzed and the formula for calculating the flow rate have been found.The analysis of the motion of the Z axis,which is the key component of the glue,is also a factor that determines the quality of the glue.The different ways of moving the Z axis and the distance from the substrate are the factors which need to be take to considered.Two ways of dispensing glue and fixed-point glue are used,and the differences between the two kinds of ways of glue are compared,the problems and reasons also have been explored.A method for solving the accumulation of continuous glue is proposed and compared with the traditional method.Secondly,the design of the control system of the glue dispenser iscompleted,including the hardware and software parts.Control system object is three coordinate motion platform and peristaltic pump.This design adopts the motion controller + touch screen design scheme,and uses motion controller to control the three coordinate platform servo motor and peristaltic pump stepper motor,achieving the automatic and precise dispensing function of dispensing machine.The motion controller of control system's is the core of the design,and the touch screen is the operation and display panel.Software is always the soul of a system.The dispensing process is a multi-axis linkage process.Using the programming function library of the SMC6480,programming is performed using an interpolation algorithm.The programming language uses BASIC.Then,the phenomenon of misalignment caused by the independent movement of the pump was optimized,and the optimized measure was to use a multi-axis linkage interpolation algorithm to synthesize the speed of the pump and the speed of the dispensing tip into a combined speed.Computation of the combined velocity can ensure the synchronous operation of the pump and the needle,enabling precise dispensing at the point of trajectory ablation and avoiding the accumulation of glue.Finally,we design the human-machine interface of peristaltic dispensing machine,mainly realizing the operation interface design of each functional module,including point movement,automatic programming,parameter setting and so on.The completion of these interfaces can improve the utilization of the equipment,and greatly improve the adaptive ability of the dispensing machine.Finally,some tests are carried out on the prototype,and its function basically meets the required functional requirements.
