The rapid development of science and technology has changed the world in all fields,and let the world enter the era of intelligent automation.With the improvement of science and technology,we are more and more,the new technology products-demand more and more precise,especially those high-tech electronic products,such as mobile phone,digital products,dispensing market demand and therefore increases continuously.The dispenser in traditional sense is basically dispensing manually.Although the technology is simple and the cost is low,when it is faced with mass products or high precision requirements,it also uses traditional dispensing way not only to waste aromatherapy,but also to have low efficiency and accuracy.In this situation,the application of the automatic glue dispenser will greatly improve the competitiveness of the enterprise in the quality,efficiency and cost of the product.Machine vision has gradually spread to machine vision in the last few years,with a new technique.Because machine vision has high efficiency and can achieve high speed and resolution precision,it is very suitable for the application field of production automation.Therefore,a scheme is conceived to integrate machine vision technology into the dispensing system to achieve a great leap forward in precision and efficiency.The main contents of this study are as follows:1.The hardware design of the machine visual part on the glue dispenser and the acquisition of the image with the La virtual instrument development platform.2.After completing the collected image signal,we use Matlab's image processing tool software to identify and analyze the image information,and then compare the results of various algorithms to get a more reasonable and optimized processing plan.3.The design of the motion control system of the dispensing machine and the use of Labview technology enable the computer to realize the independent control and adjustment of the stepping motor4.Analyze and calculate the transformation of relations among different coordinate systems,including the coordinate system of the workbench,the coordinates of the camera,the coordinate system of the target,the workpiece coordinate system,and finally to the coordinates of the path points of the glue processing path.5.Finally,the experiment is used to verify the feasibility of the idea.
