This paper takes a railway logistics park as the research background,and compared with other logistics companies,there is still a certain distance between the railway logistics park and other logistics companies.Transportation agency service is the main business of this logistics park.In terms of service coverage and service quality,it is very difficult for this logistics park to compete with other logistics enterprises.Second,large logistics companies have a concentration all over the world.The choice of distribution points and means of transportation is varied and flexible,but the transportation tools in this logistics park are single and not flexible.Third,modern logistics enterprises have established a well-functioning information network platform,and all kinds of information have been changed in time.Business activities are highly efficient and accurate,and the current information construction of this logistics park is still in its infancy.In the light of the recent situation of this logistics park,this paper mainly investigates and analyzes the storage operations,and analyzes the needs of the functional plates needed.The text of this logistics park warehouse management system(WMS)requirements analysis,database design,algorithm how to model the solution and the content of the system.Then the use case analysis and function description of several main job processes such as system management are carried out.The main functions that the system needs to realize are shown through the use case diagram,and each use case diagram is summarized briefly on the basis of the general framework.This paper analyzes and understands all kinds of functions to be realized by WMS in this logistics park,designs its function structure,flow chart,database and so on,and clarifies the functions needed by the system.Secondly,storage and picking occupies a very important position in warehouse management.At present,due to the limitation of low starting point and late start,the warehouse management of railway logistics park is still in the initial stage.The project team uses genetic algorithm to model and solve the problem.Finally,the operating interface of the five core functional blocks of the system is presented.Before the system was formally used by the staff,the project team conducted a functional test on the system.At present,the system has been put into use.Through the operation of WMS,the warehousing operation of the logistics park can be fully shared.To better provide services to customers,shippers,suppliers,etc.,to promote the deepening reform of railway freight transport,to promote the transformation and development of railways to modern logistics companies,and to achieve win-win results.Build this Logistics Park into a "Smart Logistics Park".
