With the implementation of policies such as “transportation mode shifting from road to railway”,the demand for warehousing in railway logistics parks has undergone new changes.As the quantity of warehoused goods increases,the problems of low accuracy and slow turnover emerge in the warehousing of railway logistics park,and the traditional warehousing methods of railway logistics need to be improved.In order to solve this problem,this paper designs and implements an intelligent railway logistics park warehousing management system,which improves the intelligence of railway warehousing,as well as the efficiency of warehousing operation and management.The railway warehouse management system designed and implemented in this paper takes the warehouse location allocation planning as the core.Firstly,it abstracts the warehouse environment characteristics and designs the cargo location coding rules.Then it constructs the mathematical model of the cargo allocation problem according to the cargo storage principle,and designs the adaptive genetic algorithm to solves the model,and the effectiveness of the model and algorithm is verified by computer simulation.The algorithm has certain intelligence.The system sets up two kinds of clients for operators and managers,a web server for communication and business logic,an algorithmic server for independent algorithm calculation,and uses database technology for data management.The Web server is used to manage and deploy the WebService.Different WebService handle different system business logics.The algorithm server is responsible for the optimization calculation of the cargo location allocation,and the calculation request and the calculation result are all transmitted through the Web service.The client is responsible for collecting and receiving data,calling the WebService of the business logic,and providing human-computer interaction functions.The system has a low coupling design of data access layer,business logic layer and presentation layer,which makes it have good reliability,scalability and good user experience.Referring to the development direction of warehouse management system in other industries,this paper applies computational intelligence technology to the warehouse management system of railway logistics park.The example shows that the proposed model can well express the problem of cargo location allocation,the algorithm for solving the model also has a good solution ability,and its solution meets the requirements of location allocation.According to the system test,the designed system works well,and each functional module can accurately realize the use case requirements.
