Warehousing logistics business is the key link in international shipping logistics business, and with the gradual development of the logistics industry in China, the development of warehousing logistics is also more and more quickly and the goods storage capacity is more and more big, and it means higher request of punctuality and timeliness of the warehouse logistics industry. As a service industry, warehousing logistics industry is also in urgent need to build the business model viewing customer as center, and more and more customers require warehousing logistics enterprises to provide personalized service.Warehousing logistics business has independence, repeatability, complexity, flexibility, polytrope and so on, and service components have autonomy, extendibility, independence of implementation technology and so on, so service component assembly can realize flexible business functions. Applying service component technology to warehousing logistics system can solve the problem about the expression of personalized needs and their satisfiability in process of business, and also can solve the resource integration problem, meanwhile it will help to improve the service ability of warehousing logistics center, to integrate social resources of warehouse logistics industry, finally we get the degree of satisfaction of customers greatly improved. This paper will study from the following aspects:Firstly,through the analysis of the logistics business and modeling, this paper confirms characteristics of the logistics business and business process, while determines the other interactive roles of warehousing logistics center, and establishes the warehousing logistics business model.Secondly, this paper deeply studies the personalized requirements of customers, business task of warehousing logistics center and resources of warehousing logistics field, and establishes personalized requirements classification model, task classification model and resources of warehousing logistics field classification model, then establishes personalized mapping model based on the above model, and defines the formal description method of personalized requirements in order to solve the problem about the expression of personalized needs and their satisfiability in process of business.Then, aiming at the resource integration and matching problem, the personalized matching method is studied, including resource discovery method, resource integration method, and resource selection method, and personalized theme tree is established according to the warehousing logistics field classification model, finally the problem of the connection and match between customer personalized demand and resources of warehousing logistics field is solved, and the personalized requirements of customers are realized.At last, combined with the specific projects and warehousing logistics field business, this paper analyzes and designs warehousing logistics management system, including the component division, the design of the system documents and databases, finally based on the actual project for applications background, warehousing logistics management system based on the service component is realized, which verifies the necessity of the application of the personalized match method and service component technology in warehousing logistics management system.
