With the development of society and economy, and the people forincreased product demand, the development of logistics and warehousingindustry is also growing fast. The traditional manual records managementhas been far from satisfying the logistics company for cargo management,so this system aided to logistics management, capable of real-time cargoinformation management and real-time query, achieving more for goodsscientific and orderly management. Logistics and warehousing companiesuse information management system with the traditional manual recordingmode incomparable advantage of being able to reduce operating costs, thedevelopment of logistics company logistics business, and expand the scaleof enterprise logistics for enterprises to seek greater economicbenefits.This paper analyzes the demands for warehousing and logisticsinformation management, and system security analysis shows that thesystem’s requirements, business requirements, functional requirements.The system includes eight modules business needs: basic informationmanagement, customer information management, cargo storage management,database management cargo, cargo a database management, goods inventorymodule, warehouse management and system maintenance and management ofinformation, mutual assistance and the various sub-modules tiestogether constitute the basic functions of warehouse informationmanagement systems. Development and implementation of informationmanagement systems warehousing, able to regulate the management ofinformation goods, warehousing of goods to goods from a library ofinformation, in real-time information management and query librariesgoods can be effective management control, and be able to quickly checkthe cargo information improve efficiency, a complete cargo informationmanagement system, strengthen the management of cargo information.Meanwhile, cargo management information systems can provide informationfor the decision-making leadership decisions, while also providingleadership decision-making functions for the decision. In addition, a variety of output reports to enable enterprises to more specializedwarehouse management, to strengthen the exchange of internal staff,reduce staff workload, improve efficiency, enhance their marketcompetitiveness.Based on business requirements, system using J2EE technology, threeB/S architecture, the server uses SQL Server databases, improve cohesionwithin the system, the coupling between the modules reduce warehousingmanagement information system so easy to modify and maintenance. Throughwarehousing Management Information System, making the company’swarehousing logistics information management more scientific andstandardized, so that the goods can be timely and effective informationmanagement, and information to facilitate maintenance. Moreover, thedesign and implementation of logistics company warehousing informationmanagement system has some reuse value, can be part of the function moduleafter modification applied to other industries warehouse management, anduse of some reference value.
