Logistics information technology take advantage of the integration of information technology within the enterprise business processes, in order to make the development of business scale and operation of the network, logistics information technology is an important means of logistics enterprises integration and mutually beneficial. With the rapid development of logistics enterprises, logistics information technology has been used more and more widely. Due to the very fast development of information technology, logistics information system has been unable to meet the needs of the enterprise and affect the normal operation. In particular, the railway logistics information system, because of its using life and the long update cycle is, makes seriously affect the development of railway logistics enterprises. The focus of this article is based on the Research of Tai-railway logistics transportation system, combined with its existing information management system, and the theory and practice of the use of deep-seated at the same time in the system design of logistics systems engineering, information system integration technology, database design theory and application of technology, hum an-computer interface design theory. On this basis the article proposes Tai-railway improvement program, forms a system design. And focus on business process design, system architecture design, functional modules, database structure design as the main line, materials management subsystem design, the reinforcement material ERP responses as a key object of study, and research to explore the Tai-railway logistics information system, then enhancing the ability to improve business efficiency.
