In the new era of China's economic and social development,enterprises begin to attach importance to the growth of endogenous driving force.At this time,the development and mining of the key elements of "human" is becoming more and more important and necessary for more and more enterprise value investment.The project of enterprise human resource training has become more realistic.At present,China's Radio and television media enterprises are struggling to raise the speed from the past relying on external policy dividends to cultivate and stimulate the innovation and creation of internal talent innovation.It is of great practical significance to explore the human resources training of SGD group in China's Radio and television media enterprises.This paper selects the SGD group,which is located in the coastal pioneer city of China,as the research object.On the basis of the general theory of human resource training,this paper briefly introduces the status of the development of SGD group,the allocation of human resources and the status of training on the basis of the main methods of literature review,case analysis and qualitative analysis.The main problems existing in the current group training work are put forward,and the basic principles of the optimization and improvement of the group training are clarified under the premise of respecting and inheriting the existing training system and the economy,personnel and organization culture of the group,and the framework of the training organization with strong leadership,coordination and execution is established.In order to help SGD group build up a clear,logical,scientific and efficient and pragmatic human resource training system to promote the continuous improvement of the overall performance of the enterprise,the training work of the group training needs analysis,plan formulation,organization implementation and evaluation feedback are optimized.Through systematic research,this paper reveals the key role of constructing a suitable training organization structure for the smooth implementation of the training work.A more complete design presents the results of the training needs analysis and a more targeted training course system based on the organizational strategy transformation of SGD group,and expounds the selection of the training methods of the SGD group.On the basis of the structural problems and suggestions,this paper discusses the feasibility of the SGD group to learn from the model of the action learning of the grain,and realizes that the complete training demand analysis and the effect evaluation need to be completed by the whole group.It provides a useful reference for the improvement and improvement of the SGD group's human resource training work,as well as the radio and TV line in China.The optimization of human resources training has provided some valuable strategic implications.
