With the deepening of the reform and development,China's economy is entering the 2.0 era of knowledge economy and innovation.Under the background of the country vigorously advocating "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the software IT enterprise,especially the high-tech industry,is booming,the start-up period is a period of urgent need for a large number of talents,and the enterprise wants to be in the fierce market.In the continuous development of the field competition,we must recognize the main role of the staff,maintain the competitive advantage of the talents,stabilize the development of the enterprise,and make the enterprise change from the initial stage to the mature period.Chengdu WY software company is one of the today's entrepreneurial software companies.The team staff mainly focus on the "post-80s" and "post-90s" new generation employees.They receive information quickly,their ideas are more active,their attitudes and feelings and choices are different from the past,and the relationship between staff and organizations is different from those of traditional members.There are many problems,such as the high expectation of employees to the organization but the hard to match the expectations of the organization,the low loyalty of the new generation employees to the organization,the young employees' age and the inhibition of the individual creativity.Through the research on the related theories of employee organizational relationship and related literature at home and abroad,and combining with the present situation of the employee organizational relationship of the WY software company in Chengdu,this paper analyzes the present characteristics of the employees of the Chengdu WY software company through a questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,and summarizes the results of the survey according to the statistics of the questionnaire and interviews.This paper puts forward the countermeasures to solve the employee organizational relationship of the company.First,it is to strengthen organizational support to improve the organizational commitment of employees,secondly to create a positive organizational atmosphere and improve the enterprise culture.Again,it emphasizes the combination of organizational input and employee expectations,and finally is the central type of construction organization employee organizational relationship.Motivating employees to improve their creativity and innovative spirit,and ultimately to improve the purpose of improving the employee organizational relationship of the Chengdu WY software company,to further improve the efficiency of human resource management,to strengthen the organization and internal harmony of the enterprise,and to make the enterprise transformation and upgrading from the start-up to the mature enterprise as soon as possible.
