| War is not a human-specific act,but from the primitive society to modern society,the war has never been far from humanity.The complexity,destructiveness,and political characteristics of the war have also caused the topic of warfare to have been of concern to mankind since ancient times.Just because of this,war report has also become an import part of news reports.With the continuous development of society,war reports not only have a function of conveying facts,but also play an important role in guiding international public opinion,disseminating national ideology,and influencing audiences' cognition of war.This article will use the Syrian war report in the CCTV NEWS as a sample of the study,categorize the text from the number,type,duration,and citation of sources of news reports,quantify the text content,and sort out the contents of the Syrian war report and the characteristics of the report clearly and intuitively.In addition to the statistics of text data,this article also carries out a textual analysis of the important events in the Syria war coverage in the CCTV NEWS and further summarizes the characteristics of the Syrian war coverage in the CCTV NEWS.In this study,we also conducted a survey on the dissemination effect of the Syrian war coverage in the CCTV NEWS and found that most of the audience did not understand the Syrian war.Combined with audience surveys and text analysis,and put forward the Syria war coverage in the CCTV NEWS.Some suggestions: highlight special reports,sort out the progress of events;rationally screen information to maintain the objectivity of news;increase live reporting and improve the vividness of news;increase the level of reporting,focus on humanistic care,and make CCTV NEWS under the new media era can better guide the audience and meet the needs of the audience. |
