Discourse Analysis Of The Award-winning Works Of Chinese Journalism Award

Figure News Story regard as special News genre,it not only records model deeds of typical character,but reflects the transition of social history in different periods.As a news award granted by nations,selection of reward design takes the national affairs and the theoretical policy of the party as its primary guideline and prize-winning works not only represent the highest level of news writing in China.But it features mainstream's discourse space.This paper starts from introduction of discourse analysis,taking the first prize of Figure News Story of the China News Award to analysis,it uses the analytical method of News discourse created by Teun A Van Dijk for reference.The research shows that the characteristics and changes of those winners in the discourse,which is based on the comprise analysis on the style and rhetoric of the text,etc.in aspect of macro and micro structure,it is also combination of cognitive linguistics,to insight into the social motivation behind through the dimension of history.Chapter one,introduction,in this section,it explains the reason and problems of the research,and summarizes the studies on Chinese Journalism Awards and News Discourse,then the theoretical perspective and analysis path of discourse analysis are expounded on the basis,at last,it proposes the analytical framework of this paper.Chapter two,in this section,it use Van Dijk's discourse analysis and views of other scholars for reference,serving for the macro-structure and News schema analysis,it shows the The Macro-structural features of the first prize winners of figure News Story of China News Awards in different periods.Chapter Three,in this section,it conducts the text analysis including vocabulary,sentence pattern and discourse themes in the context of history,from the microscopic dimension.Chapters four and five,in those sections,which analysis on the style,rhetoric and the sedimentation of "prototype" in the text.Then on the basis,it reviews the changes of wording,narrative perspective and so on,as well as to point out the function of the sedimentation of "prototype" in the text on the construction of cognition and consensus.Chapter six,it works on the analysis at different levels where it combines with the works of award-winning characters.From the perspective of historical and social changes to points out the resultant force behind discourse change.
