The Practice And Enlightenment Of One-stop Service For Livelihood Archives In Some Provinces And Cities Of China

With the rapid development of social transformation and information technology,people's livelihood archives,as the original record directly related to the interests of citizens in the field of livelihood work,have played an increasingly important role in people's daily production and life.The credible basis for solving the people's livelihood problem is the most reliable and reliable.However,the traditional file service model obviously cannot meet people's needs for the people's livelihood archives.In order to better serve the society and serve people's livelihood,the archives department must change the traditional service model,establish an open and shared development concept,and persist in people-oriented and service-oriented.Under this trend,one-stop service is a good choice.It not only expands the channels for the service of people's livelihood,but also realizes the integration and sharing of people's livelihood file resources,and further promotes the sustainable development of the archives business.At present,a number of regions have launched one-stop services for the people's livelihood archives,all of which have been well received by the society.This study selected relatively mature provinces and cities of Anhui,Shanghai,Tianjin,Zhejiang,and Sichuan as research objects and conducted a practical comparison.The purpose is to explore the general experience of the one-stop service of the people's livelihood archives so as to provide reference for the people's livelihood archives work in other provinces and cities.The full text consists of five chapters: The first chapter comprehensively elaborates the research background and significance of the one-stop service of the people's livelihood archives,the research status at home and abroad,the definition of concepts and the purpose,methods and innovations of the thesis;The need to serve the people's livelihood pattern,the need to promote the sharing of people's livelihood archives resources,and the need to improve the service quality of the people's livelihood archives explain the necessity of the one-stop service of the People's Archives.At the same time,it addresses the people from the three aspects of policy,technology and law.The feasibility of file-based one-stop services is explored.The third chapter introduces the current status of one-stop service for public files in the five provinces of Anhui,Shanghai,Tianjin,Zhejiang,and Sichuan,and discusses the conditions,operating mechanisms,and implementation of these services.A comparative analysis was conducted to summarize the general experience of realizing a one-stop service for people's livelihood archives.Chapter 4,based on service practices in Anhui,Shanghai,Tianjin,Zhejiang,and Sichuan,provided inspiration for the development of a one-stop service for people's livelihood files in other provinces and cities.Propose leadership and government support,integrate information resources of people's livelihood archives,strengthen technical support,and strengthen personnel training Measures to increase archives publicity;fifth chapter is a summary and outlook for the paper.
