Research On The Remote Service Of People's Livelihood Archives In China

With the development of information technology and the deepening of the service concept of serve people's livelihood as a fundamental purpose,the archives department has been paying more and more attention to how to use modern information technology to provide quality services to the public and how to develop a user-centered file service model.The remote service of the people's livelihood archives relies on modem information technology,allowing physical obstacles such as physical distances and time conflicts to be obstructed by the public,facilitating the use of people's livelihood archives for people's immediate access.It has adapted to the new requirements for the development of the archives.It has played an active role in the improvement of the level of archives services and the promotion of social development.It is an important part of the archives' development of remote services.This article first elaborated the related concepts of the remote service of the people's livelihood archives,and detailed its basic situation in our country from the aspects of the necessity,feasibility,characteristics,service model,and implementation conditions.In response to the problems and challenges in the current phase of the remote service of the people's livelihood archives,this paper proposes corresponding solutions and optimization suggestions speeding up the construction of remote service infrastructure,including expanding the amount of remote service resources of people's livelihood files;speeding up the digitization of people's livelihood archives,and optimizing the integration;building the construction of legal system and unified standard;strengthening the promotion of the remote service of the people's livelihood archives;establishing an effective monitoring and feedback mechanism;and establishing a nationwide information sharing system.I hope that through the research of this article,it can contribute to the development of the long-distance service of our country's remote service of the people's livelihood archives.
