A Research Of "One-stop" Service Of Livelihood Archives In Shanghai

In this rapid population growth of the Information Age, the channels access to achieve information is more and faster. In order to supply high quality service throughout the society as possible as it can, it has to reform and change the traditional service mode. Reform and optimize the traditional service mode, “One Stop” service is a good choice. And the archive needs is various, but for the ordinary people, their first need is the people's livelihood archive which can ensure their basic rights be realized. Therefore, this research will put livelihood archive as the theme of “One Stop” service, choose Shanghai as the research target, which aims at exploring out further improvement of livelihood archive of Shanghai of the “One Stop” service development strategy.The paper is composed of five chapters: Chapter one, introducing the basic situation of research; Chapter two, defining the basic concepts of “One Stop” service of livelihood archive,including the connotation, characteristics and significance of the livelihood, the livelihood archive and the "one-stop" service;Chapter three, from basis & principle, service structure and realizing conditions to analyze“One Stop” service of livelihood archive comprehensively;Chapter four, thoroughly introducing state quo of“One Stop”service of Shanghai likelihood archive from background, operating system, service records and service limitations, focusing on the achievements and disadvantages to analyze the reasons;Chapter five, to think about the further improvements of “One Stop”service of Shanghai likelihood archive, point out that we should keep attracting leadership's attention, obtaining government support, paying attention to people's needs, improving platform construction and propelling livelihood archive into digitization phase. And based on its disadvantages, propose that we need focus on theory construction, enlarge propaganda work, enhance management and team construction, focus on resource integration and share four improvementmeasures, hoping it would make a contribution to optimize the“One Stop”service of Shanghai livelihood archive.
