Hunger breeds discontentment,food to safety first.Food safety,as an important area of people's livelihood,which is related to the vital interests of the people,is an important focus of the government to improve people's livelihood,at the same time,it ccatches more and more attention and from the general public.However,the risk of food safety is overwhelming.Frequent outbreaks of food safety incidents have challenged government regulation and worried the public.Food safety is related to the vital interests of public,encouranging the public to get more accurate,more authoritative and more comprehensive information to reduce risk perception,which puts forward new requirements for the government's information disclosure work.If the government can not effectively voice in food safety incidents,the public will have higher risk perception for a long time,the recovery of the market's normal order is slower,it will set aside spac for the spread of rumors set aside space and cause social unrest.How to eliminate the adverse effects caused by food safety incidents,reduce the risk perception of the masses and maintain the stability of the market order?on the one hand,the government should increase supervision efforts to combat illegal behavior,but it is more important to respect the public and meet their fair right to know,and use of all tyoes of we media to disseminate and exchange information,to inform the truth,to eliminate the panic.With the development of network technology,the emergence of we media it provides a new opportunity for the government to disseminate information.Although China vigorously promotes e-government,there are still many shortcomings in the practical application,especially in the field of food safety,which is closely related to the society.This paper mainly adopts the method of literature research and case study.First of all,on the basis of tiding some we media government affairs and government information release related to policies and regulations and major works at home and abroad,food safety information and we-media government information release of the main characteristics are described,and we selected Linyi city as an example to analyse the problems when applying we media to disseminate the information of food safety and from both subjective and objective analysis to find the reasons of the problems,finally,this study tried to put forward some suggestion in food safety to improve the work of government information release and the construction of government discourse right.
