Practice Of Long Term Preservation Of Digital Archives Resources In National Archives Of Japan

The National Archives of Japan's National Archives of Japan,its existence and development is a long history,has 46 years of history,technology,operation and management are more mature experience.The National Archives of Japan's existence,and record the development of contemporary Japanese society,in a extent,is an important channel to understand basic situation in Japan.In this paper,the National Public Library of Japan as the research object,closely around the long-term preservation of digital archives resources as the theme of the digital archives resources as the starting point to digital archives resources for long-term preservation as a reference through a large number of related literature,Problems-Analysis of the problem-the logical thinking of solving the problem,combing and summarizing the status quo of the long-term preservation of the digital archives resources of the National Library of Japan.First,define the concept of long-term preservation of digital archives.The development background and then from the development of Japanese information information construction,the Japanese government's 5 year plan,National Archives and actively promote the development of information technology three aspects National Archives digital archives preservation.Secondly,the author expounds the practice of long-term preservation of the museum from the aspects of standards and norms,technical means,achievements,challenges and measures taken.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the long-term preservation status of digital archives resources in our country,the author draws lessons from the long-term preservation and development of the digital archives resources of the National Library of Japan,and proposes to optimize the existing long-term preservation technology,scientific layout digital archives resources,Archives resources long-term preservation of security mechanisms and other management strategies.This paper intends to provide reference and reference for the study and practice of long-term preservation of digital archives resources in our country,and to construct the long-term preservation and development of digital archives resources with Chinese characteristics.
