The Long-term Preservation Of Archival Data

The under the background of data transformation,the evolution of archives,data archive,etc.,has low data credibility,and low data long-term availability and low storage risk increases.However,research on structured data archiving and preservation in data states is relatively small.As a granular management object,the long-term preservation of archive data is still an important issue that needs to be solved by the current.In this paper,there is a problem in the long-term preservation of long-term preservation work under business driver.With the basic theory of archives,further deepening the concept of conceptual connotation such as data archive;analyzing practical archive work to protect archive data quality,in-depth inquiry data in full life cycle,the influence of long-term preservation of archive data feature analysis,build to ensure the true and complete set of archives data,and elaborate on the key issues that affect the model implementation.This paper uses the Records Continuum as guidance,reference to the Records Continuum model construction ideas.From archive data,obtain the continuity process of obtaining and preserving,research archive data continuity management adheres to the formation of long-term preservation in the long-term preservation process of file motion,and ultimately constructs to ensure long-term preservation of archive data as a model.The relationship between key elements and elements that enable long-term preservation models,especially the establishment of data association rules,and the data semantic expressions,etc.,using data dictionary,E-R,data flow map,etc.,to reveal data and data between data logical relationship and relationship management.Analysis of different data state business system features and properties,select different association rules and semantic expressions.For long-term preservation models for archive data,it is still necessary to constantly improve the division and definition of long-term preservation factors.Enhance the universality and expansion of data saving under different data sources,thereby further promoting archive preservation work to data preservation and the transformation of relational rules management.
