With the development of economy,the production technology of fabric textiles also develops to be intelligence and green.Spinning draft and heating shaping process are the key technology of silk fabric success,and this technology has been occupied by developed countries for many years.In the area of textile machinery,the spinning equipment made in China is still backward in technology compared with other countries.The requirements for the stable speed and roller surface temperature are very strict when the silk is made,and the drawing,heating and shaping of yarn are performed on hot rollers.Therefore,the key to the normal work of the spinning equipment is the stability control of temperature and speed of hot roller.In this paper,a real working model of temperature and rotational speed is established based on the working conditions of spinning.Using modeling method of differential equation,according to the Newton's Law of Cooling,the law of Fourier heat conduction,the definition formula of the specific heat capacity and the Carnot's theorem and other related theories,a model for the change of the surface temperature of a hot drafting roll with the heating power,motor speed and room temperature changing is built.Using the above model,this paper designs an adaptive control algorithm to control heating power of hot roller heater.This paper adopts the PID adaptive control algorithm based on RBF neural network.k_P,k_i and k_d,the three control parameters of PID are variable parameters.Two RBF neural networks are used.The first net is used for the parameters of PID controller automatically adjusted according to the temperature deviation.The second RBF is used to supervisory control the output of PID controller.In this way,the purpose of adaptive control of the heating power of the hot roll heater is achieved.Temperature controller can automatically adjust the temperature of the hot roller by controlling the heating power.The above control algorithm is used to control the hot roller temperature.The paper use MATLAB for simulation tool.The results of the model is compared with the real data of hot roller,and the error is less than 1.5%.The simulation results have small overshoot and short stable time.The above temperature control algorithm is used to control the hot roller of Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Co.Ltd..The results show that although the temperature delay of the hot roller is very long,the overshoot of the temperature is no more than 2?when the setting temperature is 100?,and the time for the stability of the temperature is no more than 5 minutes.The above two aspects indicate that the PID adaptive control algorithm based on RBF neural network has good results for the control of hot roller temperature.
