In this dissertation, based on the analysis of characteristics and methods of temperature control, a temperature control system has been developed for crimper machine's heating chests according to its' trait, and self-turning control method based on pole placement has been studied deeply.In chapter 1, after the presentation of the object of this dissertation, the trait of crimper machine's heating chests is presented. Present temperature control methods and its' disadvantages are given. After that, the superiority of self-turning control is pointed out. Finally, the main content of the dissertation is introduced.In chapter 2, the theories of digital PID control and self-turning control are presented. The self-turning control arithmetic and flow figure are worked out. Then the self-turning based on the pole placement is explained at large.In chapter 3, the discrete mathematics model of crimper machine's heating chests is built up at first. After that, the method of self-turning control is used to design the parameter of the temperature controller. Finally, the arithmetic program for crimper machine's heating controller is worked out.In chapter 4, the hardware circuitry structure for the crimper machine's heating controller is given at first. Then, the detail designs including chips of all parts of the controller are explained. Finally, a set of anti-jamming measures is put forward.In chapter 5, two difference control manners are pointed out, and compared. Then, all the function modules are given. Finally, a software anti-jamming measure is creatively put forwardIn chapter 6, computer simulation of pole-placement self-turning control by using MATLAB language is presented. Then, a real experiment is made to substantiate the efficiency of this pole-placement self-turning control arithmetic, and it's result is analyzed.In chapter 7, all achievements of the dissertation are summarized and the further research work is put forward.
