The study of nonlinearity system's control tactics is always the hot issue in auto-control field. The most universal control tactics in industry process is the algorithm of PID and the fuzzy control. According to the problem which is"it's impossible to get the performance of step response and anti-jamming characteristics at the same time". The relationship between the PID parameters and the error and the error change was studied emphatically, and then the tactics of PID control parameters auto-tuning is proposed by the thought of characteristic identification in human-simulated intelligence. In fuzzy control, the language variables is fixed, which made the system's error a little larger, so puts forward the fuzzy control thought of approximation by changing domain one by one layer. A fact is discovered by studying the performance of PID and Fuzzy control in depth, which is that the former has good stability, slowly step response and fixed mathematical mode; and the latter has fast response without mathematical model, but the rules are easy to explosion and the accuracy is lower. It is the key to overcome these weaknesses. A layered fuzzy& adaptive PID control algorithm is proposed according the thought of separate stage. In the outer layer, the control strategy was changed from coarse-tune to careful-tune, so as to make the speed of response faster to slow. In strata, the aim is to complete the fine-tuning to improve the accuracy by adaptive PID algorithm. In theory, the algorithm combines the advantage of both regular PID and fuzzy control well to use different controllers in different course. The adaptation is no significant relationship between the value of microprocessor and the memory capacity, which means the algorithm feasible.In this paper, an intelligent temperature controller is designed using STC80C52RC based on algorithm of layered fuzzy& adaptive PID control in order to verify the algorithmic validity, which can program the craft process according to the characteristic of the scene craft and accomplish its aim autumnally. The basic agreement between the results of practice and the theoretical analysis is abstained. The paper dwells on the measuring methods of Fuzzy & auto-adaptive PID control algorithm and the design of the software and hardware of the intelligent temperature controller, which also made some improvement in digital filter method. It also has some instructive value for practical projects.
