Self-tuning method is widely used in industrial control process,mainly because of its automation and intelligent characteristics.In industrial application,the performance and quality of controller is directly related to the quality of control system and product.Therefore,it is particularly important to ensure the good performance of the controller.PID controller as a commonly used controller,its setting method has many kinds,mainly through the control requirements and environmental conditions are different,using different control methods,in the selection of control methods need to fully consider the feasibility of the algorithm,convergence,and the algorithm to consider the impact of load interference,environmental interference and other factors,in order to get better results.The results show that the method is effective.With the characteristics of simplicity,convenience,safety and cost saving,relay selftuning method has become a hot topic in the field of control.The research mainly focuses on two aspects: controller parameter configuration and relay feedback model.In practical application,due to the different industrial conditions,the system can not achieve the desired effect,so it is necessary to choose the appropriate self-tuning method according to the actual situation.In this paper,through the comparison and analysis of self-tuning control methods,based on the analysis of the research status of PID controller parameters,the research of relay feedback self-tuning method and the feasibility analysis in practice are carried out.On the basis of the improvement of self-tuning feedback PID control system,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is further added to verify that the system can achieve better control effect.This paper first introduces the theoretical knowledge of PID control,mainly around the PID controller structure,controller performance parameters(dynamic performance parameters,robust performance parameters,internal stability parameters),self-tuning method and particle swarm optimization algorithm theory,and then specifically studies the relay feedback PID tuning,mainly on the relay feedback characteristics,bias relay feedback frequency characteristics In the analysis of pi / PID controller,it mainly analyzes from four aspects: closed-loop stability analysis,improved relay feedback system structure,amplitude margin estimation,phase margin estimation method.The simulation method shows that the improved PID controller has good effect.Based on the improvement of relay self-tuning PID controller,the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is added.After the particle swarm optimization algorithm is improved,the appropriate value is selected,and the control system block diagram is designed.The simulation design and experiment of the system prove the effectiveness and convergence of the algorithm.Through the experiment of beer temperature control system based on system and relay PID simulation based on particle swarm optimization,it is proved that the algorithm has very good control effect in the aspect of temperature monitoring,and can be used for control The efficiency of the whole system is improved,the overshoot is greatly improved,the setting effect is obviously improved,the lag defect is greatly improved,the resources are saved for industrial generation,and the control performance of the system is improved.In this paper,the simulation method is used to prove the feasibility and reliability of the system,which has important practical significance for industrial production application control system.
