With climate changing,environmental problems having become increasingly prominent,"Make the city's sky blue again" task is more and more severe.In response to energy conservation,emission reduction and consumption reduction targets,the control requirement of plant thermal process is more and more high.In the face of increasingly complex control system,how to realize stable,accurate and fast control has become one of the hot spots in the research of related scholars.Online identification using real-time collection of data update the controlled object model,to realize the better control operation which is conform to the site condition.Aiming at the time-varying,large delay and high coupling degree system,simple PID can not fully meet the quality control requirements.Therefore,it is significant to improve the control effect of the system by using adaptive PID control based on the object model of the real-time data.The method can identify the controlled object model and optimize the parameters of the controller on-line,and has the advantages of simple structure,stable,reliable and so on.In this paper,it is studied that adaptive PID control algorithm based on online identification and optimization for the purpose of engineering application.Firstly,it is introduced that the principle and relationship between different types of adaptive control methods,and compared with the simulation study.Then,it is stated that the system identification commonly used model and its basic identification methods,and simulation results show that the particle swarm optimization algorithm is feasible in engineering.So,this paper is based on one of the ideas of online identification,used particle swarm optimization algorithm to identify model transfer functions of water spray amount on main steam temperature under different load conditions by selected meet the requirements of the data.Then it is obtained the relationship between model parameters and controller parameters.And controller parameters are modified automatically.So it constitutes adaptive PID control algorithm based on online identification and optimization for the purpose of engineering application and simulation its feasibility.At last,the control algorithm of this paper is realized by using Siemens SIMATIC S7-300 PLC.
