This thesis has been carried out based on the central air-condition temperature and humidity control system investigation project of one cigarette factory.The central air condition system is one important part of intelligent building, also it is a multi-input and multi-output system. Its consumption occupies about 50 percent of the energy consumption of the intelligent building, so the research of the central air-condition temperature and humidity control mode has become one hot spot of the control theory and control engineering area, especially the intelligent building area. Now, the fundamental control mode is the PID control mode. The performance of the PID control mode dependents on its parameters. Because the time constant of the central air-condition system, not only the parameter turning wastes time and wastes energy, but also its performance is not very good. Putting the parameter auto-turning of PID into effect by fuzzy logic technique in combination with self-learning technique is very important for raising the level of the control precision, stability, reliability in the matter of academy studies and application.The author's contribution has been addressed in detail logically in this paper in the manner of building up the fuzzy-PID system based on self-learning technique. Also, the author's design strategy and creativity has been given in this paper. Specifically, it includes:①t he system characteristic of the central air-condition system has been delved into relativistically in this paper. The control system of central air condition system and its fashionable PID control pattern has been analyzed in this paper, including its control mode, speciality, mathematical model and so on. Especially, the influence to the system of the parameters of PID has been analyzed, and then the rule of the parameter auto-tuning have been proposed in the paper based on the analysis of the dynamic response of the second function model.②The structure and the control principle of fuzzy control system has been analyzed, including fuzzy interface, integrated data base, fuzzy reasoning technique, de-fuzzy technique and so on. Based on that and the case of the project, the system structure of the parameter auto-tuning fuzzy controller on the basis of increment principle has been built up. Also, the selection and quantization of the value of input and output has been finished.③The rule base (49 rules)of fuzzy control system has been established based on expertise.
