With the deep integrated development of cloud computing,internet of things,big data,artificial intelligence,virtual reality and other new generation of infor mation technology and traditional manufacturing,the countries in the world put forward the strategies for transformation of manufacturing industry at national level.Germany's industrial 4.0?Industrial Internet in the United States?Madein China 2025 strategy and Internet plus manufacturing etc.One of the core objectives of these strategies is to build Cyber-Phyical System(CPS)to achieve the interaction and integration of the physical factory and the virtual factory,so as to achieve intelligent manufacturing.Digital Twin(DT),as the best way to achieve interaction fusion between physical factory and virtual factory,has been highly concerned by relevant academia and enterprises at home and abroad,but most of them are at the stage of theoretical research.In this paper,combined with a comprehensive standardized test case of intelligent manufacturing,the key technology of workshop control system based on digital twinsis studied,and the system is designed and realized.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The system architecture of workshop management system based on digital twins is restructured,the traditional workshop control system is mainly composed of business management layer,production execution layer and equipment control layer,and realizes the functions including production planning execution,production process scheduling,product quality control and production performance statistics and analysis etc.which lack the functions of industrial data analysis,virtual manufacturing,production simulation and so on.Therefore,the traditional workshop management and control system is not intelligent enough to meet the requirements of the management and control of the intelligent factory.In this paper,digital twins have been added between the business management layer and the production execution layer of the traditional workshop management system,forming a new type of workshop management and control system architecture based on digital twin,and realizing the intelligent control of workshop.After the introduction of the digital twins in the traditional workshop management and control system,the composition,process and information integration of the control system have changed.In this paper,the composition,process,information integration and collaborative manufacturing of the new workshop management and control system based on digital Twin are studied,and the corresponding solutions are given.(2)The core of the new workshop management and control system based on digital twins is digital twins,how to realize digital twins,there is no experience for reference in China at present.The idea of realizing digital twins from several aspects,such as digital twin integration interface,workshop information modeling,simulation analysis and modeling,has been provided and a solution to lightweight for the geometric model of the workshop information model has been given.(3)The development and realization of the management and control system of workshop based on digital twins needs the support of information techno logy.Combined with the project case,the paper is based on the existing inform ation technology,designed and implemented in combination with several key aspects,such as system functions,micro service oriented system architecture,Rabbit MQ based service bus,data acquisition based on OPC_UA,simulation anal ysis based on Tecnomatix etc.Considering that the development and implement ation of the system requires a multi-professional,multi-team collaborative work,In this paper,a collaborative environment based on cloud is constructed,the development platform is analyzed for selection.Finally,the results of some systems are presented,and the implementation effect of the system is summarized and analyzed.
