Research On Design And Key Technology Of The Intelligent Manufacturing System For Chinese Medicine Extraction Workshop

On the basis of deep analysis in the production process of traditional Chinese medcine in the extraction workshop,through the integration of the new information technology and the manufacturing process,the paper mainly did research on the establishment of the intelligent manufacturing system,which is composed of the virtual world of network and the physical world of reality,has the ability of real "intelligent decision".All the main contents of this thesis are as following:First of all,we fully investigate the characteristics and management status of the traditional Chinese medicine extraction workshop.At the same time,the analysis of the existing problems in the production management of the traditional Chinese medicine extraction workshop?the needs of the intelligent manufacturing system,and the management dimension and processing logic are studied.Then the intelligent manufacturing system for the extraction workshop of Chinese medicine is set up.Secondly,according to the production process flow and the basic data types,we analyze the information flow of each process,and complete the classification and extraction of the production data in the process of Chinese medicine extraction workshop.Thirdly,we analyze the input and output data streams based on process information flow,plan the data collection point and control point,study the indexes and parameters of each collection point,design data collection logic process,and establish a relational database.All these work lay the foundation for later data analysis and intelligent decision making.Then,a soft sensing model is set up to solve the problem of hysteresis of key quality parameters for off-line inspection.The most important factors affecting the key quality parameter are selected by process analysis,and sorted by the grey relational degree calculation.After that we use the sample data to train the soft sensing model based on BP neural network,and evaluate the performance of the model.Finally,online detection of key quality parameters is realized,which greatly reduces the time spent on off-line inspection,and provides data support for decision-making of downstream production process.And the intelligent manufacturing system forms a functional closed loop.At present,the research on intelligent management of traditional Chinese medicine pharmaceutical process is still in its initial state.The system of production management and quality management has not been integrated.And the integrated system of integrated management and control still needs to be developed.In this paper,the reasearchment on K products for the intelligent manufacturing system of Chinese medicine extraction workshop and several key issues,is of theoretical guidance and practical significance to other production workshops of K products and other traditional Chinese medicine production lines.The online detection method for key quality parameters based on soft sensing proposed in this paper,has a certain reference value to the quality control and even the risk prediction.
