Study Of Workshop Digital Management System Based On MES

With the rapidly development of enterprise information technology, systemsoftwares represented by MES and ERP have been widely used in enterpriseproduction and management activities. Meanwhile，with the rapid development ofaviation industry and fiercer industry competition, higher requests to the technologyand production efficiency of aviation manufacturing enterprises have been proposed.During the process of production, the enterprise should not only focus on the finalresult of production, but also the production information and resource state. Thiswould require the enterprise to set up a management system to adapt thecharacteristics of the production by using scientific means and tools immediately,and realize the real-time monitoring and management of production process. Thissystem can improve the management ability and efficiency of enterprise.This paper comes from the research on the problem of workshop productionmanagement and the overall request of company informatization work. According tothe analysis of characteristics of production and the present management system, therequirement for a digital management system based on MES was drawn up. The mainresearches of this paper are as follows:1、According to the analysis of aviation manufacturing ch aracteristics and themanagement problem， the logistics and information flow in workshop have beencombed, and the requirement for digital management system has been drawn up.2、Combined with the workshop characteristics and the present condition of theproduction process，the current situation and problems of ues MES and ERP inworkshop were illustrated. A functional planning was made for the digitalmanagement system based on MES and ERP which consider of the demand ofproduction order management、inventory management、equipment management andproduction schedule.etc.3、 Designing the whole digital management system from the solutionarchitecture、hardware selection、network structure design、operation environmentdesign， etc. Take the office management、 production management、 equipmentmanagement、 on-site production scheduling management、 user management forexample，detailing the effects and function of the system operation.The research shows that the system can adapt to the characteristics of workshopproduction well, and update the production information and translate the problem intime. Besides of these, the system also can increase the level enterprise information management, and make sure the production run smoothly. There has been usefulresearches and trials in popularization of integrated system for the future.
