Zoige alpine wetland is in a special geographical location.It is in the most sensitive area of global change and belongs to a fragile eco-environmental sensitive zone.Natural and human factors affect the environmental conditions and ecological composition,Therefore,its ecological environment is vulnerable to interference,and the balance mechanism is easily broken,so the regional climate becomes dry,the runoff of rivers decreases,the desertification of wetlands,grassland degradation and biodiversity decline,so the importance of wetland protection is increasingly evident.Due to the above reasons,in order to formulate scientific wetland protection decision-making to timely grasp the wetland changes,it is necessary to establish Zoige alpine wetland environmental information database and R&D database system.It can provide new technical methods and management solutions to realize the automated information management of wetland environment.This paper mainly studies Zoige alpine wetland(Hongyuan and Ruoergai counties),the design of the framework of the database is mainly conceptual design,logical design,physical design,etc.Established Zoige Wetland Environmental Information Database.It mainly consists of two parts: Spatial database and property database,the spatial database uses the UML model diagram and the Case tool in the Arc GIS Catalog to establish a database framework structure;The property database is to organize and encode the text data into Access 2007,the storage corresponds to the spatial database.The design of Zoigei Wetland Environmental Information System was established through system requirements analysis and feasibility analysis,it includes three aspects: frame design,interface design and function design,based on the combination of COM component technology and GIS,using the C#language in the Visual Studio visualization tool and Arc GIS Engine develops wetland information systems to complete the system's data management,map editing,spatial analysis and evaluation model and other functions,it can providean efficient sharing platform for the information of wetlands,so that the study of the ecological environment has technical support.
