Along with the continuous speed up of the urbanization process of the country,the construction of utility tunnel as one of the urban infrastructure is increasingly concerned by all the urban managers and ordinary residents.Comprehensive utility tunnel is built in the cities along the roads or line corridor with a underground continuous tunnel space,the space of the tunnel in the water,rain water,sewage,heating,gas,electric power,communication,industrial and other pipeline,and set up the special feeding mouth,air vents,access port and detection system.As the city municipal underground pipeline,comprehensive utility tunnel is underground "neural network",its wisdom management and operation is the foundation of the construction of "smart city",and it is very important for the safety issues.Urban utility tunnel is in the underground city and is in a closed state for a long time,which makes the operation and maintenance of urban integrated corridor become very complex,so its intelligent operation is imperative.However,due to the complex structure and uncertain factors,the traditional automation theory and technology is difficult to achieve the smart management of urban utility tunnel.Cyber-Physical System is the latest development and extension of automation theory and technology in information physical integration.For CPS,its data is drive,and its physical space and information space are fused deeply.CPS build a closed-loop control system with process "state awareness-real-time analysis-scientific decision-precise execution".It realize the supervision and control of complex systems,reduce the influence of uncertain factors on the stability of system,and improve system of autonomy and collaborative.According to the needs of urban utility tunnel for its management system,combined with CPS theory and technology,the smart system based on CPS for utility tunnel is put forward,that is,smart utility tunnel CPS.The smart utility tunnel CPS includes five layers: wisdom sensing and control layer,information transmission layer,supporting coordination layer,system decision-making layer and management control layer.By describing the system structure,design idea and operation function of smart utility tunnel CPS,this thesis explains the basic process of operations of smart utility tunnel CPS,and shows the operation reliability,autonomy and synergy of the system.In order to further explain the design idea and workflow of smart utility tunnel CPS,a safety monitoring system is designed for the safety problem of urban utility tunnel.This system monitors methane,hydrogen sulfide,carbon monoxide,air velocity and temperature of urban utility tunnel,uses the grey forecasting model and risk assessment method to analyze the possibility of the explosion tube in the tunnel,and warns the explosion according to the results of the analysis.At the same time,the system can judge whether there is a fire in the utility tunnel by monitoring the temperature change,smoke and flame occurrence in the utility tunnel,and alarm fire according to the judgment.Smart utility tunnel CPS has greatly improved the efficiency of urban utility tunnel,reduced the management of urban utility tunnel demand for operations staff,made clear the power and responsibility between the urban management departments,and it has great significance for smart cities.
