In recent years,with the city construction mode changing from extensive type to efficient and intensive type,the city land development mode changing from extensive development to excavating the potential space,space development and utilization changing from the ground to the whole ground and underground,the utility tunnel receives people's wide attention.Utility tunnel is a very complex project,and it is generally recognized that the ideal mode of utility tunnel's life cycle is the mode of BIM+GIS+ internet of things in the industry.This paper preliminarily discusses the technical problems of BIM+ internet of things,and studies the following two aspects:(1)The research on BIM modeling of utility tunnel.Utility tunnel is a kind of space structure,which is built in the city underground,and collects electricity cable,communication cable,gas pipe,heating pipe,water supply pipe,drainage pipe,oil pipe,gas pipe and others.Utility tunnel covers many specialties,so there are many defects of traditional two-dimensional design,such as: chain collisions caused by pipelines' frequent interludes,construction personnel's wrong understanding of the design scheme and so on.Therefore,aiming at the limitations of the traditional two-dimensional design,this paper puts forward the BIM modeling of utility tunnel.This part gives a detailed analysis of the building information model's(BIM)application of the whole life cycle,then introduces the application of BIM in the utility tunnel's planning and design stage,and finally builds the three-dimensional model of one utility tunnel project by using Autodesk Revit.(2)The study on the wireless monitoring system of utility tunnel.Considering the utility tunnel contains many kinds of pipelines,and especially the gas pipe is taken into utility tunnel,it is easy to cause fire and explosion accidents because of gas leakage;and the utility tunnel's wired monitoring system may malfunction and fail to work normally.Therefore,this article stands in the position of the third party(such as: government regulatory agencies,daily mobile inspection institutions),and develops the portable mobile monitoring system based on wireless sensor network(WSN),which monitors temperature,humidity,methane concentration,hydrogen sulfur content and oxygen content of the utility tunnel in real-time.This paper introduces the overall structure of the monitoring system,hardware selection,hardware design and software design in details;and discusses the deployment of wireless nodes in utility tunnel;finally,carries out some experiments with the gas cabin physical model of utility tunnel.Both of the two parts' study has practical application value.The BIM model of utility tunnel provides an important basis for later construction,and wireless monitoring system realizes the utility tunnel's environmental monitoring which can ensure the safe and stable operation of utility tunnel.Generally speaking,the research on BIM modeling and monitoring system of the utility tunnel has laid a theoretical foundation for the following practical engineering application.
