Nowadays,with the rapid economic development,the pace of urban construction is also accelerating.The exploitation of urban underground space is also essential.At present,our country has put forward the overall construction on utility tunnels.With the construction of utility tunnel,safety management system is also perfected constantly.As the pipeline is varied in utility tunnels and the enviroment is complex,airtight.In order to avoid pipeline exploding,fire disaster and other unsafe accidents.In this paper,the internal environment of the utility tunnels is analyzed,and the main parameters which are easy to be harmed are monitored.A monitoring and early warning system based on STM32 embedded processor is proposed.In this paper,the study of object is utility tunnels,Bsed on analyzing research status at home and abroad,this paper mainly completed the following aspects of work:(1)Based on STM32,designed integrated corridor monitoring and early warning system.The system used a three-tier distributed structure.With STM32F103RCT6 development board as the core,built hardware platform.Mainly including the smallest system,acquisition circuit,CAN bus communication,Ethernet communication,TFT-LCD display and SDIO storage module and other parts,to complete the system commonly used modules and peripherals structures.The Development of Lower Computer Software Based on Hardware Platform.Transplant ?C/OS-II operating system to complete the development of software applications,data processing,real-time storage and display.(2)Using MCGS configuration software to develop host computer,completed the remote real-time monitoring and early warning data.(3)The prediction of combustible gas concentration in the interior of the integrated corridor,a regression method based on regression and a Kalman filter prediction method are proposed.Through the research of two methods,and using a group of CO concentration simulation experiments,comparative analysis shows that the Kalman filter algorithm based on the prediction error is small.(4)Finished the system overall design and debugging of hardware and software to achieve the comprehensive monitoring of the internal environment of the corridor and early warning,achieved the expected goal.
