Design And Implementation Of The Software For Safety Monitoring And Controlling System Construction In Tunnel Based On Wireless Sensor Networks

With the increasing construction of domestic infrastructure, the safety issues of construction tunnel are also receiving widespread attention. The commonly tunnel disasters include tunnel fire, excessive harmful gas, water burst and collapse. How to predict disasters and conduct security control after the disaster is a key in the process of monitoring the tunnel construction. Construction Tunnel monitoring system is a huge system, involving knowledge in computers, communications, software development and many other disciplines. Based on the tunnels'features of security monitoring under construction, this thesis brings forth a solution to the safety monitoring of tunnels under construction from different aspects such as data analysis, safety security, personnel localization and data management.This thesis makes a detailed analysis of the features of the construction tunnel, security requirements, control requirements, presents the tunnel fire, excessive harmful gas, sudden water, collapse and the protective measures of disaster characteristics and, according to the actual circumstances of tunnels under construction, comes up with the solution to combine local control with remote control. When the tunnel disaster is at a lower level, orders are sent, through monitoring software, to realize control by driving the local equipment; when the tunnel disaster is at a relatively higher level and the local danger is out of control, the monitoring software will ask for remote assistance from 3G terminal equipment and report local situation. At the same time, to manage and monitor workers on the project, the construction tunnel monitoring system realizes a Zigbee based localization function.The construction tunnel monitoring system analyzes the sensor data at intervals and, according to some algorithm, calculates the security status of each monitoring unit of the current tunnel, and then, according to the state, formulating several emergency preplans for users to choose.
