At present,China has invested huge financial and human resources in the construction of infrastructure,especially in the construction of high speed railway,which has been poured a lot of resources.Because of the strategy of The Belt and Road,it can be predicted that,in the future,China will continue to invest a lot of resources on high speed railway.China is a country with complex terrain and mountainous terrain,so the construction and maintenance of the tunnel is very important in the process of railway construction.In the construction of the tunnel,because of geological reasons,tunnel may suffer vault subsidence,wall deformation and other dangerous.When it passes through the geological environment with coal seam,it is also very easy to have the danger of gas explosion.In view of the risk of cross section deformation and gas explosion,only early monitoring and timely warning can avoid the loss of state and individual.At present,the measurement of cross section and gas is basically based on manual operation.When manual operation is performed,data is collected by the worker at the specific time point,so that such a way of operation not only wastes a certain amount of manpower,but most importantly,it does not possess real-time characteristics.artificial measurement does not possess the charactristics of recurrence and warning,After the measurement,if the data changes,it will cause the workers to misjudge the situation,especially the danger of the tunnel collapse.Aiming at the unreal-time characterictic of manual operation,a set of automatic tunnel cross section and gas monitoring system is designed and realized in this paper.In this paper,a system of laser ranging is used to measure the tunnel section 24 hours a day,so as to keep the accuracy and real-time of data.The system also set up sensors such as gas and temperature and humidity sensors,and workers can observe the field data in real time through the control ends,so that the staff can grasp the scene as much as possible.This paper first analyzes the needs of the system and the functions that should be provided,and then designs the mode of cross section measurement with the principle of laser ranging and so on.After completing the requirement analysis,the controller and sensors are selected according to the demand.According to the hardware principle of the controller and sensing,the hardware schematic diagram and the PCB diagram are plotted.Then,based on the hardware circuit,the driver of the hardware circuit is written on the Keil platform.Secondly,a high performance real-time server is completed in order to store and transmit the field data.Finally,the remote control end display interface is designed for remote control ofthe equipment in the field.
