With the rapid development of camera technology and digital image processing technology,machine vision technology has been widely used in the fields of identification,location and measurement.Machine vision is a new technology based on computer vision.It has non-contact,real-time,high precision,rich information and other significant advantages.At present,many domestic electronic product sorting,testing work,equipment assembly work is still in the majority of the state of human work,so not only inefficient,and the error is large,high cost.The application of machine vision technology in modern production will greatly improve the development of intelligent production and improve the manufacturing quality of China's manufacturing industry.The study of machine vision servo technology has great significance.This paper presents a general platform for machine vision servo system,which can be applied to the practical application such as defect detection,parameter measurement,geometric positioning and automatic machine vision welding.The main content of this paper is in the LabVIEW software platform for the machine vision servo control system design.First of all,this paper takes into account the importance of the key camera calibration technology in the machine vision to the whole system,and studies the calibration of the camera,and analyzes the relationship between the basic model of camera imaging and the coordinate transformation.The common platform development system designed in this paper is calibrated.Secondly,the design of the machine vision module and the motion control module is carried out.The localization algorithm is studied,and the image processing tool provided by the LabVIEW platform is used to study the motion control module.The motion control module is designed and written.Thirdly,the design of the platform is based on the design platform of LabVIEW machine vision servo system,including the choice of software development platform,and analyzes the advantages of LabVIEW development platform.The software structure design of general development platform includes the programming framework and the flow chart of the program.The design and implementation of the various modules of the common development platform,including the implementation of the various functional modules and sub-functions and the realization of the main program.Finally,the design and development platform of this paper is tested by the automatic positioning detection system of PCB board.The results show that the development platform designed by this paper is practical and has practical value.
