Dispenser machine is the automatic machine which can drip stream-like gel to coat on the product surface or inside the product. It is widely used in dispensing the phone keypad, laptop battery pack, LED spotlights potting, encapsulation lights, photovoltaic inverter package, IC packaging and other industries. With the rapid development of micro-electronic devices, the traditional IC chip packaging and dispensing has been unable to meet the growing production needs. Therefore, the development of a high-speed, high efficiency, high intelligence dispensing equipment has universal significance.For the current Inefficient status of the dispenser, the subject of the machine vision technology and servo control technology effectively combined and apply to dispenser designed IC chip, the successful implementation of the identification of the rapid location and precise positioning. The main research work are as follows:The overall program is designed based on visual servo dispenser. The overall dispenser design is raised on the basis of analysis of accurate identification and precise control theory, concluding the building of machine vision hardware platform,identifying dispensing circuit board image processing and dispensing location algorithm,design of servo motion control system and so on.Visual light source, CCD cameras, optical lenses, frame grabber machine vision hardware devices such as parameter calculation methods and working principle. The appropriate equipment are selected to build the machine vision platform according to the calculated parameters.The package location are successfully achieved by dispensing characteristics of the circuit board, including the extraction of R component using gray, iterative threshold segmentation method, the use of corrosion, expansion holes to eliminate interference,operator edge extraction dispensing position, using the transformation dispensing round recognition and reconstruction method.The classical PID controller and fuzzy self-tuning PID parameter controller are compared in the response of the control system by using MATLAB simulation.Parameter self-tuning fuzzy PID controller can improve the positioning accuracy of the system and system performance by the simulation curve.The results show that, the accurate identification of IC package position was realised by using the visual servo technology. The dispensing accuracy and efficiency of the production was well improved. This article has a good theoretical and practical application of research dispenser visual servo system.
