Therefore, LED dispenser began to be applied to all walks of life, the performance requirements of LED dispenser is also more and more high, high efficiency automatic dispensing machine is the future trend of development.Computer vision technology as the current research in the field of computer one of most popular technology, has the advantages of rapidity, high precision and non-contact remote control and so on, has been applied in many fields, convenient for people to live and work. Therefore, this paper puts forward a kind of the computer vision technology is applied to the LED dispenser idea, and conducted in-depth discussion and research, make the LED dispenser has higher accuracy, higher speed.The main work of this thesis involves the following aspects:1、study analyzed the overall hardware design of LED glue machine, the design is the main part of the visual system.2、For the image processing technology of LED dispenser dispensing involved (algorithms) are analyzed in theory and practice of in-depth study. Put forward the improvement on image processing technology.3、On the framework of the current computer vision system are discussed in detail, analyzed the calibration method of vision system in the associated technical problems and the camera, do the theoretical groundwork for further application.4、Finally through the various advantages of using computer vision technology, apply it to the LED dispenser, describes in detail the design related method and the corresponding software design, and finally verify the feasibility of this method, proved that this technique is promising and prospect.
