TQ Newspape Media Resource Integration Project Risk Management Research

Society is developing and progresses,and the information age has arrived.The development of new media has brought great challenges to traditional media.How to integrate resources,enhance strength and competitiveness has become the focus of attention of traditional media.As a "old brand" newspaper,Daqing oilfield newspaper has many problems,which is not adapted to the competitive environment,and the survival and development are facing great challenges.Under the new situation,only by revitalizing resources and integrating media resources can we highlight the tight encirclement and achieve better development.The media resource integration project is a new application for the newspaper,with uncertainty and variability.This paper takes Daqing oilfield newspaper media resources integration project as the research object,and studies its risk.First,by summarizing the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on project risk management,combined with the specific situation of the project,the relevant theoretical contents of the project risk management and media resources integration are systematically and deeply studied.This paper introduces the general situation of the media resources integration project of Daqing oilfield newspaper,analyzes the scope of the media resources of the newspaper in Daqing oilfield,and then analyzes the characteristics of the Daqing oil field newspaper in the media resources integration project according to the development strategy planning of the Daqing oil field newspaper.The identification and classification of risks in the project are mainly divided into project technical risk,project quality risk,project safety risk and so on.This article mainly analyzes and evaluate the risk of the integration project of Daqing oilfield newspaper media through the risk model of the AHP,constructs the hierarchical structure of risk,arranges the risk factors in a certain order,establishes the risk comparison matrix,and then obtains the weight coefficient of various kinds of risks through calculation,and according to the Daqing oilfield.According to the difference of the importance of each risk factor in the media resources integration project,the project security risk and technical risk are the most important risk affecting the project construction,and the conclusions should be paid attention to.In addition,based on risk identification and evaluation,this paper puts forward countermeasures from risk prevention,risk aversion and risk mitigation.The research contents and conclusions of this paper have certain practical significance for the smooth development of media resources integration project of Daqing oilfield newspaper.
