Study On Risk Management Of S Newspaper Major News Media Convergence Reports Project

Project risk management is an important part of project management.S newspaper major news media convergence reports project is a key support to achieve entire media editorial transformation project in S newspaper media fusion process.This project is a new things for S newspaper,it's affected not only by the characteristics of the traditional media industry itself,but also by the new policy,new technology,new media construction of new market and various uncertainty factors.These uncertainty influences in the project implementation process make the project face more complex risk.Therefore how to effectively control and reduce the risk,play the advantages of media convergence,becomes the key point to enter fusion of major news events.This paper generalizes the research of project risk management,and summarizes the relevant theories of project risk management.On this basis,this article combining the content and characteristics of this project,according to the thinking of risk identification,risk assessment,risk response to develop risk management research.Firstly,the paper integrated using of brainstorming method,KJ method and the Likert scale method,identify all various risks in the project.Secondly,the research builted the risk evaluation index system which contains technology risk,content risk,management risk,schedule risk,personnel risk,cost risk,such as 6 categories 24 kinds of risks.At the same time researches using the analytic hierarchy process to set the weighting of indexes,also using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for risk assessment.Evaluation results show that S newspaper's project risk management must be taken seriously,especially the content risk and progress risk,these two types of risk and public opinion guidance error,content legal risks,risks of report delay,technical compatibility risk and not sound risk management system are the top ten risk.Therefore,this paper combined with the risk assessment results,each kind of risk prevention measures are put forward respectively.
