Laser marking technology is an advanced processing technology developed with the continuous innovation of laser technology and computer control technology.With the advantages of non-contact,no pollution and no abrasion,Laser marking technology is replacing traditional marking technology and widely used in various fields.Now laser marking software runs mostly in desktop computers and notebook computers.Under the condition of bad production environment,the damage of the computer components is getting faster and faster and the life of the computer is getting shorter and shorter.Now with the development of mobile devices,mobile devices can avoid damage in a bad production environment with better portability and tightness.Therefore,it is a development trend of laser marking technology that laser marking software runs in mobile devices.For this reason,this paper base on the analysis of laser marking software running on Windows operating system and design a laser marking editing software running on Android operating system.This software features abundant functions such as manually drawing text(Chinese characters,numbers,letters,special symbol,time,date,serial number),vector graphics(line,oval,rounded rectangle),bar code(Data Matrix code,128 code),image and PLT file,setting the size of the working area based on the focal length of laser galvanometer and supporting multiple operations like drag and drop,input key value,undo and redo.The format of the project file is the XML file.The software support preview and create marking instruction for marking graphics.Currently,this software has been successfully developed by using Java Native Interface in Android Studio environment on Android operating system platform with good GUI interaction and easy operation.The design adopts style of OOP and modularized approach to reduce the software coupling,making the software easy to expand,easy to post-maintenance.
