Two-dimensional code is an important target in the field of laser marking-on-t he-flying,which is borned in industrial pipeline not only needs to ensure good gra phics recognition effect,but also should improve the speed of marking and produ ction efficiency.Based on the traditional galvanometric marking system,this paper proposes corresponding optimization algorithms through the research of three techni cal directions of QRCode mask generation algorithm for marking,space travel opt imization of marking path between symbols and laser filling mode of symbols.An d article proposes the technical schemes respectively to simulate marking-on-the-flyi ng travel,which in order to achieve the goal of improving the speed of QRCode online marking.Firstly,the difficulties of QRCode standard generation process and the distribut io of different symbol modules for online marking has been analyzed,then a new mask selection algorithm based on the reward point scoring mode was proposed.A ccording to the standard process,number of isolated points in QRCode graphics ha s been reduced by 50%,continuous filling area has been increased by about 10%.Secondly,an adaptive ant colony algorithm based on symbol module clustering and candidate set strategy for two-dimensional code has been designed by analyzin g the mathematical model of lattice two-dimensional code and comparing the space travel lengths of different scanning modes.The QRCode marking path has been r educed by about 30% and simulation time has been reduced by about 10%.Finally,the principle of real-time motion compensation for point and lattice m odule in online marking and the two-dimensional code graphics linear mode markin g technology schemes has been researched and analyzed.On this basis,a sinusoida l curve-like filling mode combining linear continuity and lattice independence has b een proposed,which ensures the high reading rate of two-dimensional code and im proves the marking efficiency.
